The most important thing when doing any tricks is hard practice. You can get acquainted with the simplest trick and learn how to perform it step by step at least half an hour, but to really succeed and not expose you, you need to train a lot and for a long time, perfecting your technique and skill. You need to learn tricks, moving from simple to complex, so we will talk about how to learn how to do tricks that any beginner will cope with.

Simple trick with cards

Those who want to learn how to learn how to do magic tricks often start with maps. Among the card tricks there really are a lot of easy options that you can quickly learn and surprise them with the audience, and one of the most popular of them include simple tricks with card guessing. We will consider one of them now. The focus is called Guess the Card.

What the viewer sees. The magician shuffles the card deck and hands it to one of the spectators so that he chooses one of the cards. The viewer selects his card, remembers and, without showing anyone, gives it down to the magician, face down. The magician returns the card to the deck, shuffles it again, lays out the cards and unmistakably finds a spectator card!

The secret of focus. Take a card deck and shuffle it. Attention: the key to this trick is to discreetly see which card is the bottom one, that is, the last one in the deck.

The viewer makes a choice of the card and returns it to you. Divide the deck arbitrarily in half - you have two parts of the cards in your hands, one of which contains the bottom card - you remember it at the very beginning. Put the viewer card on one part of the deck and cover it on top with the second part. The viewer sees that his card is now hidden, but you know that it lies under the very bottom card.

Fold out the cards in a fan, and then look through your eyes for your bottom card - the one that is hidden by the viewer will be next to it on the right. Voila! At the same time, do not choose it too quickly, for example, pretend that you are trying to feel the energy emanating from the card - entertain the viewer.

Coin goes through a glass

The next simple trick is a trick with a glass and a coin. It is more complicated than the previous one because it requires a certain sleight of hand.

From the viewer. The magician shows the coin to the audience, takes it into the fist of one hand, and holds the glass with the other, then taps the coin with his glass on the hand - and it appears inside, passing through the bottom!

In fact. Choose a large coin and a glass, plastic or glass. Show the coin to the audience and then pretend to shift it into the other hand, covering your palm from above and as if raking the coin into a fist. But the coin, of course, remains in the same hand as it was.

This is the key point: it’s important to practice and learn to grip a coin with an open palm or grip it between your palm and little finger, as you prefer, the main thing is that it is held quietly and does not fall out.

With the same hand in which you hold the coin, you take a glass and bring it over your hand with your fist, where the coin lies, according to the audience. Tap a glass on your fist several times. At the last knock, relax your hand so that the coin falls inside the glass, and at that moment open your palm with your fist, simulating the passage of a coin through the bottom of the glass. It’s important to work out this number well so that everything works out deftly and at the same time quickly, and the audience does not have time to come to their senses and expose you.

Match Focus

Finally, we’ll show you how to do tricks with matches that require only sleight of hand.

As viewers see. A magician pinches a match between the fingers of both hands. Arranging them perpendicularly, he strikes the matches against each other, as a result of which one match passes through the second.

The secret of focus. Before picking up matches, moisten the index finger of your right hand. After that, hold the matches between the thumb and forefinger of each hand. The key to this trick is that the match held in the right hand by the sulfur head touches the moistened index finger and therefore sticks to it, and if you open your fingers, the match will continue to hang.

Turn the matches held in the fingers perpendicular to each other. Now start leading the left match to the right one, and at the moment of their collision, unclench your fingers, skipping the left match forward, and then squeeze it back. You need to learn how to do it quickly and abruptly, simulating a match hit - then the audience will not notice the catch.

And adults are tricks with paper. Many of us love to watch how experienced illusionists perform such tricks, but it would be much more interesting to independently prepare such a number and demonstrate it to others. Therefore, now we will consider what options are in this arsenal, and try to translate them into reality.

Simple tricks involving glass

First, we will consider tricks with paper, which will include such an element as a glass in our program. So, for the first trick we take an ordinary leaf and three glasses. Two of them are located on the table, paper is placed on them. The magician should offer the audience to install a third glass on this structure, that is, on paper. They won’t succeed. As a result, he folds the sheet with an accordion and puts it back on the glasses, after which the third of them will perfectly hold on to such a structure.

The second trick is called Disappearing Glass, and for it we need this cutlery and a piece of thick paper. The wizard puts a glass on the table and wraps it with paper around the perimeter. Then it is necessary to move this design towards you in order to demonstrate to the audience that there are no holes in the table. At this moment, you quietly need to throw the glass to your lap and return the already empty paper inside to its place. Now the magician strikes the sheet with his fist, and it turns out that there is no glass inside.

Tricks with paper. Telepathy training

For this trick you will need pieces of paper of the same format, pens or pencils and one assistant who will be among the audience. Everyone should write on their leaflet the name of any animal and put it together. Then everything surrenders to the magician, and he, without unfolding the paper, calls the beast and asks the one who wrote this word to raise his hand. As a result, he must name all the words that are contained in the folded sheets.

The secret to this trick is that an assistant is sitting in the auditorium. In advance, he agrees with the magician about the animal that he will write, and his piece of paper is placed below. After this, the sorcerer must unfold the first sheet in order to allegedly establish himself in his innocence, but in fact he reads the name of the second animal and so on.

These paper tricks can only be realized with an element such as paper clips. On one sheet, we take two of those and begin our trick. The paper is folded with a wide accordion in two bends, and each of them is fixed with one paper clip. After that, the sorcerer declares to the audience that he will be able to connect the paper clips together without touching them with his hands. After that, he takes on the tips of the paper, pulls them to the sides, as a result of the paper clip fly off, but remain stapled. The whole chip of this trick is that the sheet of paper needs to be folded as if in the English letter S. The paper clips need to be fixed at a distance of a centimeter from each other and in different planes, in addition, with a small tongue up. As a result, they will adhere if you stretch the sheet over its edges in different directions.

In one glass - “milk” (potato starch shaken in water). In another glass - “tea” (a few drops of iodine in a half glass of water). The liquid from one glass is poured into another and get "ink". They can even be written on paper. Viewers can try their drawing abilities by taking a brush and painting something on a blank piece of paper or cardboard.

On a blank piece of paper, the kid draws a contour of a flower with a simple pencil, then water it with water. And then the plant gradually blooms (becomes colored).
Secret trick: take a white paper, put on it a cardboard stencil of a flower. Pour the entire volume of the flower with bright red aniline powder, temporarily covering the rest of it. Sprinkle the leaf and stem with green aniline powder. Without removing the stencil, gently blow all off the paper. In places where there was powder, tiny tiny particles of paint will remain invisible. On the back of the sheet where the child will then draw the flower, mark the outline with barely noticeable points. When showing water should be poured slowly from the side of the stem. Paper will get wet from water, and paint through it will gradually color the flower!

And you probably saw this trick more than once. The magician takes a vessel with a narrow neck, lowers the end of the rope into it, first showing the audience that the rope freely “enters and exits”. Then he turns the vessel upside down, and the rope continues to hang, held in the vessel by some mysterious force. The magician takes the rope with his hands, turns the vase to its normal position, releases it, and it sways on the rope like a pendulum. What is this strange force so tightly connected the rope and the vase?

Finally, the magician casts a spell, “force” releases the rope, and that freely, effortlessly leaves their neck of the vessel. What? Is there a secret in the vase? Please see for yourself and make sure turn in your hands: just a vase and just a rope
