Omelet with bacon is one of the most nutritious and at the same time simple dishes. Breakfast for most families is a great confirmation of this.
Omelet, like fried eggs, has long been considered a hearty dish rich in proteins and other useful substances. In the 70s, Soviet nutritionists talked about the negative effects of cholesterol on human health, and eggs for breakfast were declared a harmful excess. At that time, it was considered correct to limit the use of eggs to 2-3 pieces per week and completely abandon them with a high level of cholesterol in the blood. Bacon, after eggs, was perceived as a toxic product due to various chemical compounds used in its preparation.
But today, we know that eggs are great food. They contain not only “good” cholesterol along with “bad”, but also natural vitamin E, which is an active antioxidant and helps prevent cancer and cardiovascular diseases.
Bacon is not harmful at all, unless, of course, overcooked.
How to cook omelet with bacon:
In a frying pan, put finely chopped fat on a cutting board and put on medium heat. While the lard is melted, cut off a few pieces of bacon and also spread them in a frying pan. We clean the head of the onion, finely chop it (well or large, here, like my husband). Spread in a frying pan with bacon and bacon, and fry everything together, until the onions are slightly golden.
Meanwhile, we break the chicken eggs into a small bowl and, until a homogeneous consistency, beat with a fork. Salt and pepper to taste.
Next, pour fat with bacon and onions, beaten eggs.
You can fry the omelet with bacon until tender, about seven minutes. But, if you want to get the same result as in my photo below, then after three to four minutes after adding beaten eggs you need to turn over the omelet with bacon.

2. Eggs are broken over the finished bacon, salted and peppered to taste. Everything is fried until cooked.

1. Bacon is cut into small cubes and fried in a pan until golden brown.

This is undoubtedly another of the unusual and tasty combinations. For its preparation you will need: 6 eggs, 3 tomatoes, 200 grams of bacon, 0.5 cups of milk, herbs, salt, pepper - to taste.
1. Pour milk into a saucepan, break eggs there, add salt and pepper. Whip it with a mixer.
2. Fry strips of bacon in a pan. When ready, put them on a plate for a while.
3. In the same pan, in the same fat, fry tomato slices on both sides, salt.
4. Pour the whipped egg and milk mixture onto the tomatoes. Darken for two minutes on low heat.
5. Put the fried strips of bacon on top of the dish. Bring to the finished state.
6. Decorate the dish with herbs, paprika and can be served to guests.
This dish is somewhat reminiscent of pizza and everyone will love it.
